Hello! I'm Brendan Connelly. I am a sophomore majoring in computer engineering and electrical engineering at Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York. Before coming here, I graduated as an International Baccalaureate student from Center Moriches High School, also in New York.

My main areas of interest within computing are low-level and network programming. I try to work on a diverse spread of projects to ensure that I have a comprehensive understanding of software and the computing world as a whole. Currently, I'm working on KDHC, a lightweight DHCPv4 client for Linux, keypad_16, a low level Linux device driver project, and KeebSocial, a full-stack web project.

I have nearly a decade of experience across multiple programming languages, including C, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JS. I even do a little bit of assembly here and there. My experiences in so many different areas within software engineering, combined with my knowledge of auxiliary tools such as Git, GDB, and Linux in general give me the background necessary to be a part of a successful modern team developing critical technical infrastructure, products, and solutions. In addition to my experience in programming, I am very knowledgeable in system administration. Being comfortable in fields such as networking, containerization, and general Linux administration allow me to have a comprehensive approach to software engineering that is incredibly valuable in the modern day.
